- Prepare brief testimony (1–2 minutes)
- Sign in at the committee room
- Provide printed copies to committee members

Submit testimony to the NH General Court
Search for a bill, share your position, and let your representatives know where you stand. Written testimony is read by the committee weighing the bill — you do not have to attend the hearing.
Submit online via GC.NH.Gov
- Select House Home or Senate Home from the menu bar.
- Select Committees.
- Select Online Testimony Submission.
- Sign in.
- Provide your contact information.
- Select the hearing date, committee, and bill number.
- Select support or oppose, and upload or type any written testimony.
- Submit.

Attend a bill hearing in person
- Find out when the bill is being heard, which committee is hearing it, and the room number.
- Write down your testimony, keeping it brief — a few minutes at most.
- Sign in in the bill hearing room and hand your pink slip to a committee member.
- They will call you up to read your testimony.
- Bring enough copies of your testimony for each committee member.
